Saint Lucia

Saint Lucia offers citizenship through a contribution to its National Economic Fund.

The fund receives qualifying contributions made under the Citizenship by Investment Programme and supports approved national development objectives.

Minimum contribution

  • USD 240,000 for a principal applicant and up to three qualifying dependants
  • USD 10,000 for each additional dependant below 18
  • USD 20,000 for each additional dependant aged 18 or above

Due-diligence, processing, interview, passport and professional fees apply in addition to the contribution.

Eligible family members

Subject to current programme rules, qualifying dependants may include:

  • Spouse
  • Children
  • Financially dependent adult children who meet the age and education conditions
  • Dependent parents
  • Certain other relatives recognised by the programme

Main requirements

Applicants must generally:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Make the required investment after approval
  • Pass government due diligence
  • Provide evidence of a legitimate source of funds
  • Complete an interview where required
  • Provide properly certified identity and family documents
  • Satisfy all application and security requirements

Residence requirement

Saint Lucia does not generally require applicants to reside in the country before or after citizenship is granted through the programme.
